No allowance can be made for bad weather conditions | All Hirer's subject to standard conditions on rubber tyre plant | Punctures are Hirer's responsibility | All glass breakages and cleaning is chargeable | Cleaning charged at £25.00 + VAT | All tracks that have been dislodged are charged at £30.00 + VAT per visit plus travel time | Minimum period of 9 hours for an operated machine | In the event of the loss, (theft) or damage has been caused by negligence, user error including any form of vandalism, any significant parts broken or missing then the customer will be fully liable for the first £500.00 excess charge | All machinery will have a full tank of fuel upon delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring all machinery is refuelled prior to collection, the customer will be charged per litre if not refuelled once collected.
